Diane Murphy
Motherway Diane Murphy Motherway, President and founder of Accurate Typing Services holds a degree in Business Management and is pursuing an accelerated masters degree in Health Care Administration.  Ms. Motherway has had daily involvement in the business over the past twenty-three years and works closely with clients and managerial staff at Accurate to guarantee that client expectations are being met by Accurate's staff.  Previous to founding Accurate, Ms. Motherway's experience was in the financial sector.

Wayne
Hillen Wayne Hillen holds degrees in Accounting and Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.   After having served on the Board of Directors for fifteen years, Mr. Hillen joined our staff full time in 1992 in the capacity of Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.  He was formerly the Director of Taxes for a major defense contractor.  Mr. Hillen, along with Ms. Motherway has spearheaded Accurate's growth and expansion program over the past five years.

Lynn
Hillen Lynn Hillen has served on the Board of Directors for the past twenty years.  She comes to the Board with fifty years of accumulated business experience and serves in the constant capacity of business consultant.

Elaine
Hillen Elaine Hillen has served on the Board of Directors for the past twenty three years as Secretary.  Her involvement in the business community for thirty years and as a business owner for over ten years has left her uniquely qualified to serve in this capacity.  She is now a full time member of our staff.  In addition to her duties as Corporate Secretary, she is in charge of Accounts Receivable and Capital Assets.

James
Motherway James Motherway has served on the Board of Directors for three years and also serves as Vice President.  He comes to Accurate Typing Services, Inc. with twenty-five years in law enforcement and fifteen years as a busness owner in security and investigative services.   Mr. Motherway serves as Accurate's document confidentiality and managerial consultant.

Leonora
Dedrick Leonora Dedrick is Director of Operations at Accurate Typing Services, Inc.  Her career with Accurate began twenty-one years ago and she quickly became invaluable to our organization.  She has served in the capacity of Supervisor of Transcription, Office Manager and now for more than twelve years has been Director of Operations.  She is in charge of Continuing Quality Improvement and Operations and Technical Integration.  All Program Managers report directly to Ms. Dedrick.  Her business and management experience makes Ms. Dedrick an integral part of Accurate's management team.

Rosemary
Materazo Rosemary Materazo, our Transcription Supervisor and Instructor has been with Accurate for twenty-one years.  She has 21 years experience as a medical transcriptionist and together with Ms. Dedrick, heads up our CQI Department.  She introduced our medical transcription program to Molloy College.  Ms. Materazo is in charge of our own in-house certificate training program and has trained a very large number of successful professional medical transcriptionists who are actively employed in the field, both at Accurate and in the health care industry in general.
